The 10th OSE GDAŃSK 2022 National Energy Summit “Energy for the economy – economy for the energy sector” began in Gdańsk.
The intention of the organizers of OSE Gdańsk 2022 is to gather representatives of key institutions responsible for the country’s energy and economic security, politicians, economists and representatives of the world of business and science in order to conduct a discussion aimed at securing the Polish economy, in particular, strategic sectors in terms of risks arising from the international situation and EU policy European.
During the Summit, the participants discussed the issue of reorganization of the Polish energy market as a consequence of the state’s resource policy.
Krzysztof Karaś, president of the European Business Center (ECB), which is the organizer of the event, notes that the revitalization of the national economic potential is a priority of the policy of the Polish government and individual ministries, and thus a topic ensuring an extremely interesting and inspiring discussion.
Economic and energy independence, the certainty of supply of raw materials, and stability of international relations are the main topics that will be discussed in individual panels.
OSE GDAŃSK will be attended by Piotr Naimski, Government Plenipotentiary for Strategic Energy Infrastructure; deputy ministers: Adam Guibourgé-Czetwertyński (Ministry of Climate and Environment), Piotr Pyzik and Karol Rabenda from the Ministry of State Assets; Olexandr Motsyk, advisor to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Chief Adviser to the President of the Management Board of NNEGC “Enerhoatom”, Juha Ottman, Ambassador of the Republic of Finland in Poland and Robert Rudich, Energy Attaché at the US Embassy in Poland.
Adrian Andrzejewski
