The Polish Filmmakers Association (SFP) is declaring to help the Ukrainian film industry. The president of the Association, Jacek Bromski, announced that if the group of war refugees includes representatives of the film industry, the Polish organization will help them find employment. The president added that the association can also help in organizing the transport of refugees from the border.

Bromski emphasized that as far as possible, he will try to help people who became victims of Russian brutal aggression. “Watching the frightening front photos, we join today with your heroic nation. Therefore, it will be a great honor for us to support you in this unjust war. Long live Ukraine! -added Bromski.

If the group of war refugees includes representatives of the film industry (of all professions), the Association can help them find employment in the productions of the Munk Studio operating at the Polish Filmmakers Association.

In a special letter addressed to the Ukrainian ambassador to Poland, the president of SFP added that some people can also find employment in the association’s office and in the restaurants and Kultura cinema they manage and that several families can take refuge in the Creative Work House in Kazimierz Dolny.

Bromski wrote to the Ukrainian ambassador “In the wake of the brutal and violating all the rules of international law attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, on behalf of the Polish Filmmakers Association and the entire film community in Poland, I would like to assure Your Excellency of our solidarity with the Ukrainian people in this time of trial.
