A new enrollment central system will enable students, doctoral students and employees from Ukraine to search for studies, volunteering or work at Polish universities. The website will be run in Polish and Ukrainian. This is the latest initiative of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland.

The Conference currently associating rectors of 107 universities, including 10 non-public universities, in cooperation with the University of Warsaw and the Inter-University Information Technology Center based at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań decided to create a nationwide Internet platform for the Enrollment of Candidates from Ukraine.

Based on the Internet Candidate Enrollment (IRK) and used in many Polish universities, the new system will aggregate offers for studies, continuing studies, participation in selected didactic classes and undertaking education in doctoral schools, as well as cooperation offers (internships, scholarships) and work in Polish organizations of the higher education and science system (universities, institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences and research institutes).

In line with its assumptions, the candidate will receive an offer using the special filters. The main advantage of such a platform is the ability to present in one place a wide range of opportunities offered to Ukrainian citizens by universities and research organizations in Poland. Work on the system is already underway.

The Inter-University Information Technology Center is an organization that aims to shape and implement the vision of computerization of the academic community. It was established in 2001 by the resolution of the Conference of Rectors of Polish Universities. It currently includes over 80 universities and coordinates such IT projects as the University Study Service System for 71 universities; System of Academic Career Offices (15 universities), Open Antiplagiarism System (12 universities) and Electronic Document Management (10 universities).
