The Polish Film Institute and Deloitte will create an innovative report on artificial intelligence in cinematography.
The Polish Film Institute (PISF), one of whose tasks is to create favourable conditions for the development of Polish cinematography, and Deloitte, a global leader in consulting services, announce a strategic collaboration in which they will work together on a report on the use of artificial intelligence in the cinema industry.
The project, led by the Artificial Intelligence team at PFI and the Director of AI & Data with support from Deloitte’s AI & Data team, aims to explore the impact of artificial intelligence on film production, distribution and audience interaction processes.
The project has invited film industry experts from the US with extensive contacts in the US film industry, while from the Polish side, prominent specialists with many years of international experience in cinematography will participate in the project. Their expertise will contribute to the global nature of the report, which is intended not only to be a unique source of knowledge for the Polish market, but also to be a compendium of best practices on a global scale.
Initiated by the Polish Film Institute, the project aims to provide analysis and good practices in the use of AI that can influence the further development of the film industry. The report, through inspiration, can contribute to the creation of new standards and innovative solutions that will revolutionise Polish cinematography.
