Dr Irena Eris SA, a family company with almost 40 years of tradition in the cosmetics market, submitted an application to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in connection with its presumable Initial Public Offering and its debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The Group is a leading Polish manufacturer of cosmetics and the owner of the brands: Dr Irena Eris, Pharmaceris, Emotopic, Lirene and Under Twenty, recognized in the country and abroad. In addition, the Group is the operator of 3 luxury SPA hotels in Krynica-Zdrój, Wzgorza Dylewskie and Polanica-Zdrój, and the owner and operator of a chain of beauty salons under the Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Institute brand.

“When I founded the company in 1983, we produced only one cream”, recalled Dr Irena Eris, co-founder and board member of Dr Irena Eris SA. “Today, we are one of the leaders of the Polish cosmetics market, with renowned brands of premium cosmetics, dermocosmetics and mass cosmetics, which are eagerly bought in dozens of countries worldwide” adds Eris.

The cosmetics produced by the Company are sold in beauty salons, perfumeries, drugstores, pharmacies, supermarkets and online stores in 67 countries around the world.

The group employs a total of 850 people; 525 in the cosmetics segment and 325 in the premium hotel services segment. In 2021, the Dr Irena Eris Group achieved PLN 297.6 million in sales revenues, and the net profit generated last year was PLN 25.72 million.
