80 companies have been recognised for their achievements in shaping extraordinary working conditions in the 15th annual Top Employers Polska programme.
The Top Employers Polska programme emphasises the need for continuous development and adaptation of HR strategies to changing market conditions and employee needs. The Top Employers certificate, awarded once a year, motivates market leaders to participate in the survey on a regular basis and to continuously improve their HR practices.
The Top Employers 2024 ceremony not only honoured Poland’s leading companies for their commitment to creating friendly workplaces, but also highlighted the importance of modern people management, which emphasises well-being, diversity, and the integration of technology with humanism. Faced with the challenges of the 21st century, the audited companies are rising to the challenge, showing that they are ready for a future of work where people remain at the centre of attention.
This year, special attention was paid to the issue of employee wellbeing. As many as 95 % of the audited companies admitted that taking care of the wellbeing of their employees is a business priority for them. Patrik Rendel, Regional Manager DACH & CEE at Top Employers Institute, emphasised that ‘wellbeing is no longer an option, but a necessity in the management of a modern company. Research results show that organisations that neglect this aspect experience significant financial losses”.
