This year’s BCC FOR THE FUTURE – Leaders of Tomorrow is dedicated to the challenges of contemporary leadership. On 22 September 2023, the best business practitioners will meet at the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw.
The topic of the future of business is generating enormous interest and discussion. ‘New technologies, including AI, are changing business models, customer approach and communication, process management, planning and forecasting methods, as well as the way the entire labour market functions. They are also a source of competitive advantage’, says Jacek Goliszewski, President of the Business Centre Club (BCC), adding that the aim of the conference is to exchange best practices in the management of the ‘enterprise of the future’ and to reward and promote the most innovative Polish enterprises, guided by modern business standards and solutions.
This year, for the first time, the awards of the Visionary of the Polish Economy, named after Marek Goliszewski, the founder and long-standing president of the BCC, who had a huge impact on the development of economic freedom and Polish entrepreneurship, will be presented at a gala closing the conference.
As the organisers emphasise, the conference will be an opportunity to exchange experiences during numerous plenary and thematic sessions.
Topics of discussion will include innovative business models, the principles of effective leadership, or risk management resulting from the increasingly fast-changing business environment.
The panel discussions will be attended by people of recognised authority in the field of management and economy, leaders of companies that have already achieved market success and entrepreneurs – BCC members from the new technologies sector.
Guests will also have the opportunity to exchange experiences on methods of effective leadership and creating leaders. Conference attendees will also be treated to two large plenary sessions, one on megatrends in business management in the VUCA world and the other on the success story of one company.
