The new solution will be introduced to schools from September 1, 2023, and from 2027 it will be possible to choose it as an additional subject at the advanced level at the final examinations.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The head of the Ministry of Education and Science announced the new idea during a meeting with representatives of Polish business, business organizations and economic universities. The event took place in the Quotation Room of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and had the form of workshops that were devoted to teaching issues related to entrepreneurship in Polish schools and adapting them to the needs of the Polish economy.<\/p>\n<p>The introduction of a new matriculation subject is a response to the needs and demands of business and academic society, as well as the Council for Financial Education and the Council for Entrepreneurship at the President of Poland. The Ministry of Education and Science emphasizes that subjects related to management and business are present in the international education system (IB) and in education systems of countries such as the United Kingdom (A-Level), where they are very popular among students.<\/p>\n<p>The introduction of entrepreneurship and business education opportunities at the advanced level will allow teachers to include additional content\u00a0within the new subject in addition to already present issues\u00a0in the core curriculum such as personal finance, the labor market or the economic system.
