From January the company will cut at least 70 flights for approximately 3-4 weeks.\u00a0The cuts in the booking system will apply to airports in Poland used by the Irish company.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the canceled flights are to the UK, which may be related to the UK\u2019s plans of introducing a hard lockdown and mandatory tests.\u00a0The airports in Wroc\u0142aw and Pozna\u0144 will lose the most connections (13 routes) followed by Krak\u00f3w Airport (11 connections) and Warsaw-Modlin Airport (10).<\/p>\n<p>The reason for this change is the spread of Omicron &#8211; a more contagious variant of coronavirus.\u00a0Ryanair more than doubled its annual loss forecast and cut its January traffic estimations by 33%.\u00a0The company blames, the travel restrictions imposed in France, Germany and Morocco after the release of the Omicron variant for this decline.<\/p>\n<p>Arkadiusz S\u0142omczy\u0144ski<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ryanair airlines have introduced changes to the number of flights to Poland.
