{"id":25639,"date":"2022-08-03T11:15:58","date_gmt":"2022-08-03T09:15:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dignitynews.eu\/?p=25639"},"modified":"2022-08-03T17:21:28","modified_gmt":"2022-08-03T15:21:28","slug":"pilot-project-for-the-electrification-of-heavy-transport-in-poland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dignitynews.eu\/en\/pilot-project-for-the-electrification-of-heavy-transport-in-poland\/","title":{"rendered":"Pilot project for the electrification of heavy transport in Poland"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>The Polish Alternative Fuels Association (PSPA), together with a number of entities actively involved in the development of sustainable transport, is inaugurating the sectoral eHDV Infrastructure Lab project aimed at building Polish &#8216;know-how&#8217; in the implementation and operation of charging stations dedicated to heavy vehicles and the development of electromobility in the freight transport sector.<\/h5>\n<p>The sectoral project &#8216;eHDV Infrastructure Lab&#8217; is a comprehensive initiative focused on the development of electric heavy goods vehicles, implemented in the region of central and eastern Europe. One of the project&#8217;s main objectives is to build Polish &#8216;know-how&#8217; in the development of electromobility in the heavy-duty vehicle sector.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the work, technical requirements for charging stations will be defined and potential locations for eHDV hubs in our country will be identified. An analysis of potential market support mechanisms will also be carried out, and ultimately a pilot eHDV charging hub is planned.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A special expert group consisting of representatives of the following sectors: logistics, retail, OEM and public administration units, will aim to build a fully functional, first charging hub dedicated to electric trucks in Poland.
