For three days, the panel issues include The Three Seas Initiative, Russia, modern technologies, EU issues and the Central European region. The participants of the event will talk about new challenges related to the changed security architecture on our continent and community activities.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are counting on the fact that at the moment it will be possible to create an alliance of Central European states located, sensu largo, between Russia and Germany because we can see that we will not be able to cope alone. We cannot fully count on either Germany or France, for example in the matters of our security architecture\u201d, says Grzegorz G\u00f3rny, President of the Polska Wielki Projekt Foundation.<\/p>\n
The panellists and moderators will include representatives of the world of politics, science, business, and public institutions, including PFR president Pawe\u0142 Borys, President of Poczta Polska Tomasz Zdzikot, president of the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network Piotr Dardzi\u0144ski, deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marcin Przydacz, head of the Foreign Service Arkady Rzegocki, advisor to the president, sociologist Prof. Andrzej Zybertowicz.<\/p>\n
The motto of this year’s congress is “New Europe”. The congress began with the panel “War came to Europe – Are we living in a new era?” with Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki as one of the panellists.<\/p>\n
At the end of the congress – on Sunday before 15.00 – the award ceremony is planned. The President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczy\u0144ski\u2019s prize is awarded to outstanding Polish artists whose works contribute to a better understanding of the history and traditions of Poland and constitute a valuable inspiration for the future.<\/p>\n
