The task includes the construction of transformer stations and export cable lines in the land area, access and internal roads, water and sewage network, lighting and fencing.<\/p>\n

The onshore connection infrastructure for Maritime Farm Baltica will be built in the vicinity of Osieki L\u0119borskie in Pomerania. Two adjacent onshore stations will be built there – one for the Baltica 3 Power Station, the other for the Baltica 2 Power Station, and export cable lines leading to them in the onshore area.<\/p>\n
The Baltica offshore wind farm is the largest offshore wind project in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea. The President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) granted the right to cover the negative balance (the so-called contract for difference).<\/p>\n
The right to cover negative balance is the support tool provided under the RES auction to the owners of renewable energy installations. This form of aid is intended for electricity producers of not less than 500 kW who sell electricity on the market. However, they have the right to cover the difference between the price offered in the auction and the average electricity prices on the market. The decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office ensures a price not higher than PLN 319.60 \/ MWh.<\/p>\n
The investment will contribute to the transformation of Poland towards green energy, accelerate the development of the local supply chain and stimulate economic activity. It is in line with the strategy included in the Polish Energy Policy 2040.<\/p>\n
Baltica 2 and 3 have a total capacity of up to 2.5 GW. They will generate enough green electricity to power four million Polish homes.<\/p>\n
