Poles most often look for cheap real estate in the west and south of Europe, where the prices start from EUR 100,000. However, there is also a large group of customers who ask for high-class properties.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn the last month, we sold as many flats and houses as previously for the entire year. The offers are sold out on the stump, just a few days after the advertisement is posted. However, not only Poles are buyers. So, it can be said there is one big sale out in Spain right now\u201d, said Andrzej Bursa, sales specialist at Carisma, which mainly offers real estate in the Iberian Peninsula.<\/p>\n
Apart from Spain, the most popular destinations are Portugal, Italy and France. The data of the snsh.pl portal indicates that Poles are more likely to choose real estate located in continental Europe than islands, due to the direct road connection with Poland.<\/p>\n
