{"id":54087,"date":"2023-12-29T11:54:54","date_gmt":"2023-12-29T10:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dignitynews.eu\/?p=54087"},"modified":"2023-12-31T16:31:23","modified_gmt":"2023-12-31T15:31:23","slug":"pare-lorentz-award-fuer-den-polnischen-film-in-the-rearview","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dignitynews.eu\/de\/pare-lorentz-award-fuer-den-polnischen-film-in-the-rearview\/","title":{"rendered":"Pare Lorentz Award f\u00fcr den polnischen Film \u201eIn the Rearview\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong>Der Dokumentarfilm \u201e<\/strong><strong>In the Rearview<\/strong><strong>\u201d (Originaltitel \u201e<\/strong><strong>Sk<\/strong><strong>\u0105d dok\u0105d\u201d) von Maciek Hamela, der vom Polnischen Filminstitut (<em>Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej<\/em>, PISF) kofinanziert wurde, wurde bei der Verleihung der IDA Documentary Awards mit dem Pare Lorentz Award ausgezeichnet.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Der besondere Lorbeer, der Pare Lorentz Award, wird an Produktionen verliehen, die den Geist und die Tradition des Schaffens des mehrmals preisgekr\u00f6nten amerikanischen Dokumentarfilmers Pare Lorentz, der davon \u00fcberzeugt war, dass der Film ein gro\u00dfes Potenzial zur Verbesserung der sozialen Gerechtigkeit und der Bildung birgt, widerspiegeln, berichtet das PISF.<\/p>\n<p>Wie es in der Pressemitteilung hei\u00dft, verfasste Pare Lorentz bahnbrechende Produktionen f\u00fcr die Roosevelt-Administration und diente als Filmemacher im US Army Air Corps w\u00e4hrend des Zweiten Weltkriegs, wo er unter anderem Bombenangriffe dokumentierte und Lehrfilme als Beweismittel w\u00e4hrend der N\u00fcrnberger Prozesse drehte, um die Gr\u00e4ueltaten der Nazis darzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eIn the Rearview\u201d ist ein ergreifendes, sehr menschliches und ehrliches Portr\u00e4t der kriegsbedingten Migration.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir stehen derzeit vor einer massiven Fl\u00fcchtlingskrise, von der mehr Menschen auf der Welt betroffen sind als je zuvor. Wir hoffen, dass unser Film zeigt, wie wichtig der weltweite Einsatz f\u00fcr die Beendigung von Kriegen ist und dass auch der Krieg in der Ukraine in naher Zukunft beendet wird\u201d, so Maciek Hamela.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eIn the Rearview\u201d wurde erstmals auf dem diesj\u00e4hrigen Festival Millennium Docs Against Gravity gezeigt, wo er den Hauptpreis im polnischen Wettbewerb und den Preis der Studio Cinemas Association (<em>Stowarzyszenie Kin Studyjnych<\/em>) gewann. Seine Weltpremiere feierte er bei den Filmfestspielen von Cannes.
