Dezember 2023 in Warschau statt. Die Plattform bringt fast 70 <\/strong><strong>\u00f6<\/strong><strong>ffentliche und private Institutionen und Organisationen aus 20 L<\/strong><strong>\u00e4<\/strong><strong>ndern zusammen, die in den Bereichen Forschung, Dokumentation, Sensibilisierung und Bildung <\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>ber die totalit<\/strong><strong>\u00e4<\/strong><strong>ren Regime, die Europa im 20. Jahrhundert gepr<\/strong><strong>\u00e4<\/strong><strong>gt haben, t<\/strong><strong>\u00e4tig sind.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Am ersten Tag des PEMC-Kongresses fand eine Diskussion zum Thema \u201eEntkommunisierung und Gerechtigkeit der \u00dcbergangszeit\u201d statt, bei der es um die Politik der Erinnerung ging. Die Gerechtigkeit der \u00dcbergangszeit ist ein Thema, das in Gespr\u00e4chen zwischen Historikern und Politikern immer wieder auftaucht.<\/p>\n<p>Das Institut f\u00fcr Nationales Gedenken (IPN) weist darauf hin, dass die Verbrechen totalit\u00e4rer Regime noch nie vollst\u00e4ndig aufgearbeitet worden seien. Besonders schwierig sei der Umgang mit dem Erbe der kommunistischen Systeme in Mittel- und Osteuropa, sowohl was die Gerechtigkeit f\u00fcr die T\u00e4ter und die Wiedergutmachung f\u00fcr die Opfer als auch die Gerechtigkeit innerhalb des symbolischen Raums (Gedenkst\u00e4tten, Namensgebung usw.) betreffe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eUnabh\u00e4ngig davon, wo das kommunistische System herrscht und welche Formen es annimmt, stellt es immer noch eine Bedrohung dar. (&#8230;) Das Wesen dieses Systems besteht darin, alles zu zerst\u00f6ren, was die Identit\u00e4t, die Werte, die f\u00fcr unsere Nationen wichtig sind, ber\u00fchrt, und zwar in einem solchen Ausma\u00df, dass es f\u00fcr dieses System nicht ausreicht, diese nur physisch zu eliminieren, sondern auch tiefgreifend aus dem Bewusstsein zu eliminieren\u201d, betonte Dr. Karol Nawrocki, Pr\u00e4sident des IPN, w\u00e4hrend der Diskussion.<\/p>\n<p>Am zweiten Tag des Kongresses fanden zwei Podiumsdiskussionen statt. Die Diskussion \u201eWege der Hoffnung. Odyssee der Freiheit\u201d ging von der Erfahrung der kollektiven \u201eOdyssee\u201d der Polen w\u00e4hrend des Zweiten Weltkriegs aus. Die zweite Podiumsdiskussion mit dem Titel \u201eDie Gerechten\u201d befasste sich mit der Frage der Hilfe f\u00fcr Juden w\u00e4hrend des Zweiten Weltkriegs. Ausgangspunkt war die Geschichte der Familie Ulma (die am 10.
