Das Konsortium will bis zu 8 Mrd. PLN in den Bau des CPK investieren und im Gegenzug eine Minderheitsbeteiligung an der Betreibergesellschaft des Flughafens \u00fcbernehmen\u201d, teilte der Regierungsbevollm\u00e4chtigte f\u00fcr den CPK und stellvertretende Minister f\u00fcr Fonds und Regionalpolitik, Marcin Hora\u0142a, mit. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Der stellvertretende Minister wies darauf hin, dass es in dem Verfahren nicht um den Verkauf von Anteilen an der Gesellschaft Pa\u0144stwowe Porty Lotnicze, von Grundst\u00fccken oder anderen Verm\u00f6genswerten des Flughafens Ok\u0119cie gehe, sondern sich um die Investition in den neuen Flughafen handle. Das Unternehmen CPK befindet sich zu 100 % im Besitz der Staatskasse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDie Finanzierungsstruktur des CPK-Flughafens selbst besteht zu 60 Prozent aus Schuldtiteln und zu 40 Prozent aus Kapitalanteilen an der Gesellschaft CPK, die den k\u00fcnftigen Flughafen betreiben wird. Und wir haben Investoren bis zu 49 Prozent dieser 40 Prozent Anteile angeboten (die Kontrolle \u00fcber das Eigentum verbleibt bei der Staatskasse)\u201d, betonte Hora\u0142a.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zentralflughafen ist ein geplanter Verkehrsknotenpunkt zwischen Warschau und \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, der den Luft-, Schienen- und Stra\u00dfenverkehr integrieren wird. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts soll 37 km westlich von Warschau auf einer Fl\u00e4che von rund 3000 Hektar ein Flughafen gebaut werden. Die erste Phase des Flughafens, d. h. zwei parallele Start- und Landebahnen und eine Infrastruktur zur Abfertigung von 40 Millionen Passagieren, soll 2028 in Betrieb genommen werden. 2060 k\u00f6nnte der Flughafen nach Prognosen der International Air Transport Association (IATA) bis zu 65 Millionen Passagiere abfertigen.<\/p>\n<p>Vinci Airports (Teil der Vinci Group) ist der weltweit f\u00fchrende private Flughafenbetreiber. Das Unternehmen betreibt in verschiedenen Formen mehr als 70 Flugh\u00e4fen in 13 L\u00e4ndern und besch\u00e4ftigt rund 270 Tausend Mitarbeiter. Das Unternehmen hat einen franz\u00f6sischen Ursprung, wobei institutionelle Aktion\u00e4re aus den USA derzeit die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gruppe in der Eigent\u00fcmerstruktur bilden.<\/p>\n<p>IFM Global Infrastructure Fund ist ein in Australien ans\u00e4ssiger Investmentfonds mit einem verwalteten Verm\u00f6gen von ca. 143 Mrd. USD, wovon ca. 64 Mrd. USD auf Kapitalinvestitionen in Infrastrukturen entfallen.
